Joker.lv Casino has been operating since 2015 and holds an IAUI licence, which is what makes it legal to play from Latvia. The welcome offer is €300 plus 60 free spins, carrying 40x wagering. That requirement sits at the high end: the headline amount looks generous, but clearing it takes considerably more play than the figure suggests.

How to claim the bonus
- Open an account at Joker.lv Casino and confirm your email address.
- Complete identity verification straight away — it is required before any withdrawal, and doing it now avoids a delay when you want your money.
- Deposit at least €5 using a method that qualifies for the bonus. Some e-wallets are excluded — the terms say which.
- The €300 bonus is credited with 40x wagering attached.
The terms beyond wagering
Wagering is the number everyone quotes, but four other clauses decide whether a bonus can be cleared at all: the time limit, the maximum stake while the bonus is active, which games count towards it, and the cap on withdrawable winnings.
The maximum stake is what voids most bonuses. Bet above the limit — typically around €5 per spin — and the entire bonus can be cancelled, winnings included. Table games rarely count in full either: often 10 % or nothing, so a bonus cleared on blackjack takes ten times longer than the figure suggests.
Deposits and withdrawals
Joker.lv Casino states a withdrawal time of < 24h. That figure covers processing at the casino only — your bank adds its own delay on top.
The first withdrawal is always the slowest, because identity verification happens then. Complete it at sign-up and later payouts run at the stated speed.
Licence and player protection
The IAUI — Latvia’s Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection — licenses and monitors operators. A licence means the casino must follow national rules on payouts and player protection, and that there is an authority to complain to if something goes wrong.
Sites accepting Latvian players without an IAUI licence leave you with no national recourse in a dispute — the money is gone and no regulator will act on it.
How it compares
Bonus size alone says little. A €500 offer at 45x is worse value than €200 at 20x, and the first one looks more attractive. Divide the amount by the requirement before comparing any two offers — that single calculation reorders most casino lists.
Verdict
Frequently asked questions
Is Joker.lv Casino legal in Latvia?
Yes. It holds a licence from the IAUI, Latvia's gambling regulator, which means it must follow national rules on payouts, player protection and advertising.
What is the wagering requirement?
It is 40x. A €100 bonus must therefore be wagered €4,000 before winnings can be withdrawn. Run that calculation on any offer before accepting it.
How long do withdrawals take?
Joker.lv Casino states < 24h. Add whatever your bank or wallet takes on top. The first withdrawal is always slower because verification happens then.
What is the minimum deposit?
€5. Note that the bonus often requires more than the minimum to trigger — check the offer terms.
Can I play in English?
The site interface is available in Latvian and Russian, with English support varying by operator. Payment methods and terms are the same whichever language you use.
Gambling is for adults only (18+). Play responsibly. Only IAUI-licensed casinos are listed on this site.
